Meadows Place Community Center & Pool are centrally located in the City at the corner of Dorrance & Amblewood. When using online services to provide directions, the official address is:

The Community Center can be rented for parties, meetings, family gatherings, etc. The cost of renting the Community Center varies depending on the type of gathering you are planning. Be sure to download and read the Community Center Usage Rules below. Call the Parks & Recreation Department to check availability and ask questions. Download the Community Center Reservation form below.
Reservations will be made only upon payment of a cash deposit. Please call 281-983-2950 for more information.
Community Center Rental Fees:

The Community Center can accommodate groups/parties up to 165 people. The rental fee now includes cleaning of the facility following your event. Available for use during your rental are sixteen 6 ft. tables, 65 chairs, use of kitchenette including refrigerator and microwave and use of garden area and patio.

Swimming Pool Rentals

The swimming pool can be rented for private parties in the evening after the pool closes or during public swim but does NOT include use of the Community Center. Private rental of the pool includes lifeguards. No Alcohol is allowed during pool parties. Reservations for the pool must be accompanied by the rental fee in cash. Maximum rental time for Private Pool Rental is 3 hours. (Private Pool Rentals are during times the pool is closed to the public.)
Private Pool Cash Rental Fee:
Residents $300.00 (up to 25 guests), $350 (up to 50 guests)
Non-Residents $525 (up to 25 guests), $575 (up to 50 guests)
Maximum rental time during Public Swim Party is 2 hours.
Public Pool Cash Rental Fee:
Resident $150 (up to 25 guests), $175 (up to 50 guests)
Non-Residents $250 (up to 25 guests), $300 (up to 50 guests)
Community Center & Pool Combo Rental
Meadows Place residents receive a $50.00 discount when renting both the Community Center and the Pool for the same event.
Nature Center Birthday/Private Rentals
The Nature Center back patio is available to rent out for birthday parties and private events. Contact the Parks & Recreation Department with questions at 281-642-7701 or email at recreation@cityofmeadowsplace.org.

Reservations must be made at least (2) wks. prior to rental and in person at City Hall, Monday – Friday / 8:30am – 4pm. Cancellation policy applies. See Nature Center Birthday Party Information sheet for details.
Accommodates up to 30 total participants (children and parents).
Reservations available: Tuesday-Saturday: Anytime after 3:00pm up to 6pm, Sunday: Anytime before 5pm
Renter ONLY may arrive 30 minutes prior to event start for set up.

You can reserve with the form below and visiting City Hall Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm or printed off the City website. Make checks payable to City of Meadows Place; with payment, mail or turn into the City payments box at City Hall.

Pavilion & BBQ Pit Rentals
The Pavilions in our Parks are now available for rental/reserve for a nominal charge of $25.00 and require a cash deposit of $25.00. Download the reservation form and bring it to City Hall to reserve your favorite park pavilion for your next get-together. Pavilions & BBQ Pit may still be used without charge on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Kayak Rentals
Kayaks are now available for your private use at our Lake. Rental includes kayak, paddle and personal floatation device. Kayaks may be used only on our Lake in McGrath Park and may NOT be transported to other bodies of water.
