THE PURPOSE OF THE PUBLIC HEARING IS TO DISCUSS AND RECEIVE RESIDENT INPUT, AND TO HEAR ANY AND ALL PERSONS DESIRING TO BE HEARD ON OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY MATTER OR QUESTION INVOLVING A PROPOSAL TO AMEND CHAPTER 153 SIGNS OF THE CITY OF MEADOWS PLACE CODE OF ORDINANCES, SPECIFICALLY:

SECTION 153.198 SIGNS COMMERCIAL

(N) ELECTRONIC

PROVIDING RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ELECTRONIC MESSAGE SIGNS.

ALL INTERESTED PARTIES MAY APPEAR AT THE PUBLIC HEARING AND BE HEARD WITH RESPECT TO THE DISCUSSION REGARDING CHAPTER 153 SIGNS OF THE CITY CODE AND POSSIBLE AMENDMENTS TO CHAPTER 153.
