Your online account will allow you to:
- View general billing information.
- View water usage history.
- View payment and billing history . (Allow 24 – 48 hours for payments to be updated)
- Make a one-time credit card payment or E-check payment . (A 3.50% convenience fee for credit card or $1.00 for E-check/bank draft will be assessed by a 3rd party provider.)
- Sign up for recurring Bank Draft & Credit Card payments. (Convenience fees apply; recurring payments will be charged on the 20th of the month or the following Monday if the 20th falls on a weekend.)
- Sign up to receive Paperless Bills.
- Link multiple water accounts.

Account Number in the format 06021-1xxxxxxxxx (15 digits total)
Name enter Exactly as on Utility Bill – could be Last Name, First Name
Service Address for your account – including Ln, Ct, Dr, Blvd
ENTER ALL INFORMATION EXACTLY AS IT READS ON YOUR BILL
