AQUAFIT This is a sixty-minute cardiovascular workout in the pool, which utilizes water resistance to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, and flexibility.  You determine your own intensity level by deciding how hard to manipulate the water. Jun 4 – 27   Tues and Thurs    6:30 – 7:30   $40 @ Meadows Pool
