The month of August is full of meetings at City Hall. Please mark these on your calendars and plan to attend. They will also be streamed on the City’s website and on Facebook.
Tuesday, August 8: Council Special Meeting 6PM | City Hall: Council will be setting the preliminary tax rate. Final tax rate will be voted on at the August 22nd meeting.
Tuesday, August 15: Budget Public Hearing 6:30PM | City Hall: Council will be voting on the budget for fiscal year 2023-2024. This is also the meeting that Council is seeking public input regarding the possibility of a new Utility Infrastructure Fee. At previous meetings Council has discussed the fee being between $5 and $20 per month.
