𝐄𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝟏/𝟏𝟑/𝟐𝟓, all Dorrance Ln. traffic, east of Oxford Glen Ln., will flow 𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐓𝐁𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐃 only. 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜 𝐖𝐈𝐋𝐋 𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐛𝐞 𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐥 𝐰𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝. 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐬, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐛𝐞 𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡𝐰𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐫𝐨𝐚𝐝. The intersection of Bloomington Ln. and Dorrance Ln. will remain open, however, you cannot travel westbound on Dorrance Ln. at the intersection.
