Thursday is Patty Spade Day in Meadows Place. Patty, who has been helping and serving people in Meadows Place for 25 years, is retiring Friday. At last night’s Council meeting, the Mayor read a proclamation where Mayor and Council declared Thursday, March 31st, Patty Spade Day in Meadows Place. At that Council meeting, Patty, joined by her family, received her 25 yr. pin, a mounted copy of the Proclamation, a Certificate of Appreciation, some gorgeous roses in the city’s colors and a beautiful maple colored wood carving of the Meadows Place logo with Your Place for Life on it. Patty helped make our city Your Place for Life for many, many years so before she leaves us on the 31st, please, stop by and say Goodbye to Patty.
