We have transitioned to a new utility bill online payment system, which includes a new Customer Portal. Here’s what you need to know:
Online Portal Users:
The website for online payments has changed. To access your account, follow the instructions on the new portal to create a new password. You’ll need your username and account information to get started. You must enter the information exactly as it appears on your bill, including hyphens and names on the account.

Recurring Credit Card Payments:
If you’re currently enrolled in recurring credit card payments, you must reenter your card information in the portal.
Bank Drafts/ACH Payments:
No action is needed—your recurring ACH or Bank Draft payments will continue as usual. You should have received an email confirming your Bank/ACH Payments automatically transferred into the new system.
New Pay-by-Phone Number:
Call 1-855-234-0365 to make payments by phone.
Don’t have an Online Portal account?
You can set up recurring credit card or bank/ACH payments by visiting City Hall or scanning the QR code on your utility bill.
