We’ve officially installed the new traveling bridge clarifier, marking a major step forward in the Wastewater Treatment Plant Rehabilitation Project. Check out the video to see how the process unfolded and what it took to reach this point.
What does a clarifier do?
It acts like a giant filter. The clarifier moves across the basin and helps separate solids from the water during the treatment process. It plays an important role in making sure treated water is clean and meets environmental standards.
This $3.95 million project is funded by City Funds and American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Funds received by the City.
