“We are currently reviewing our ordinances with our legal team to ensure the City is following state laws and regulations. While this process is happening, there will be certain ordinances that we may have to modify.
Residents should continue to report possible violations. We will continue to address potential violations with both businesses and residents. During this time, Staff will work with the City Administrator, Mayor, and Council to address each violation and take into consideration our current review of ordinances. As ordinances need to be modified, those ordinances will be discussed and decided upon at public City Council meetings.”
