Meadows Place YAC recently had the opportunity to volunteer at a major Dog Show at NRG. They showed great responsibility as they had many different jobs including testing the agility course.  This was a week long commitment by some 16 YAC members and adult supervisors who represented Meadows Place and YAC extremely well.
Because of the SUPER FANTASTIC job these kids did, they were presented with a $2,000 donation to go towards their inclusive playground project!

Mayor Jessup and Parks Director Colene Cabezas, who coordinated this effort, were both very proud of our Meadows Place YAC (Youth Action Council) for all the hard work they did, for all the Good Will they created for themselves and the City of Meadows Place but especially for raising $2,000 for their All Inclusive Playground Project. Great Job YAC !
