Today, we received a call from Mary at PRO-CLIPS hair salon. Mr. Ruben Ortman was coming in today, and he recently turned 101 years young. What would a birthday cerebration be without a cake and cookies to mark the occasion?!
Mr. Ruben is an Army veteran and served in WWII. Originally from Minnesota, he has lived in Meadows Senior Village since 2014 and has been getting his hair cut at Pro-Clips since then.
Getting around town is no challenge, thanks to his friend and neighbor, Don.
What an honor to have someone like Mr. Ruben as a resident of Meadows Place! We are grateful to have been a part of your special day.
