National Night Out

Meadows Place residents are encouraged to meet and stand together against crime during National Night Out on Tuesday, October 4th from 6 to 8 pm.

National Night Out is designed to: (1) Heighten crime prevention awareness; (2) Generate support for, and participation in local anticrime programs like Neighborhood Watch; (3) Strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community Partnerships; and (4) Send a message to crooks and criminals letting them know that neighborhoods are organized and fighting back!  Along with the traditional outside lights and front porch vigils, Meadows Place celebrates National Night Out with a citywide block parties and cookouts. Hope you will join in

National Night Out parties

Hosting a National Night Out party is a great way to bring neighbors together and get to know your police officers and Council representatives. To register a National Night Out party, please contact Madonna at the PD at 281-983-2900. This will put your party on the circuit to ensure you will receive a visit from an officer, a Councilperson, or maybe the firetruck will show up.

National Night Out YAC … new this year

New this year is the active participation by Meadows Place Youth Action Council –  or YAC.  Several members from our Award winning YAC program will be out meeting and greeting and will be happy to explain some of the things they are doing to make a positive impact on our community. Welcome YAC!.
