  • Two males were in a verbal argument when one shoulder bumped the other.
  • The males then went separate ways.
  • The victim does want prosecution (Class C).

11/01/25 Meadows Senior Village

  • A resident reported that a pistol was missing from his apartment when he returned to the building.
  • His door was secure and there was no sign of forced entry.
  • The resident has reported this happening before; previously, the weapon was found by him in the apartment.

  • A male walked out of the store with an unpaid tool set.
  • The crime was captured on surveillance video.
  • The LP was retrieved by employees.

  • A male walked out of the store with an unpaid minibike.
  • The crime was captured on surveillance video.

12/31/25 Walgreens *Game Cards

  • A male walked out of the store with 2 unpaid boxes of game cards in a backpack and left the area on foot.
  • The crime was captured on surveillance
  • The backpack was found outside nearby, and the stolen merchandise was returned to the store.

10/31/25 SW Freeway *Cell Phone

  • A citizen received a FedEx package that was supposed to contain a cell phone and found that package had been tampered with, and the phone was missing.
  • FedEx confirmed that the package was intact when it was received at their Stafford distribution center.
  • Property Value: $1,200

11/01/25 Level Run St. *Front LP

  • A resident was notified by EZ Tag toll road of a vehicle that was not listed but had her LP.
  • The resident then found the front LP on her vehicle was missing.
  • Our officer entered the LP as stolen and instructed the resident to get new plates.
  • Property Value: $10
  • Investigation Status: Open

11/09/25 Walgreens *Cosmetics [Also listed in Arrests]

  • Officers Chan responded to a Theft in progress call, and upon arrival witnessed the suspect leaving the store with unpaid merchandise.
  • After investigation, the suspect was arrested and transported to the Fort Bend Co. Jail.
  • The suspect was found to have priors for Theft.
  • Property Value: $433.26
  • Investigation Status: Closed by Arrest        

11/12/25 Northern Tool *Impact Wrench

  • Two males exited the store with a drill they did not pay for, entered a parked car and drove away.
  • The crime was captured on surveillance video, which included the car’s LP.
  • Property Value: $199.99
  • Investigation Status: Open

11/12/25 Scottsdale Dr. *Wallet, Phone, Personal Items

  • Resident found that her wallet, cell phone and other items were missing from her residence.
  • This occurred within a week’s time.
  • The resident believes she knows who has some of her property.
  • Property Value: $1,384.99
  • Investigation Status: Open

11/07/25 Alston Dr. 

  • Resident found their truck was taken from their driveway overnight.
  • There was no evidence at the scene.
  • The vehicle was electronically tracked into Houston before the signal dissipated.
  • A search for video surveillance yielded on possibility, but there were technical difficulties with it.
  • The vehicle was not found on FLOCK.
  • The vehicle was entered in TLETS as stolen.
  • Investigation Status: Open

11/05/25 W. Airport Blvd.

  • Officer responded to a FLOCK hit on a stolen license plate.
  • He located the vehicle and stopped it.
  • It was found that when the driver bought the vehicle, the LP was on it.
  • The LP was confirmed stolen through HPD and was confiscated.
  • The driver was released with no charges for this.

11/03/25 W. Bellfort Rd. *Possession of Controlled Substance / Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon

  • Officer stopped a vehicle for speeding.
  • An odor of marijuana was detected, so a PC Search was conducted.
  • During the search, a small container of Promethazine Hydrochloride Oral Solution and a rifle were found.
  • The driver was arrested and transported to the Fort Bend Co. Jail.

11/06/25 Brighton Ln. *Driving While Intoxicated / Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon

  • Officer stopped a vehicle for running a red light on S. Kirkwood.
  • Signs of intoxication were observed, so SFST’s were conducted.
  • Numerous clues were detected, so the driver was detained.
  • A pistol was found under the driver’s seat.
  • The driver consented to a blood draw and was transported to SL Methodist.
  • At the hospital, the driver recanted his consent, so a warrant was sought.
  • The warrant was later obtained, blood was drawn, and the driver was then transported to the Fort Bend Co. Jail.

11/08/25 SW Freeway *Driving While Intoxicated

  • Officer checked by on a disabled vehicle with a missing tire and rear bumper.
  • The driver displayed signs of intoxication and was detained, but refused SFST’s, as well as a breath or blood sample.
  • It was later found that the vehicle had been involved in an accident in Stafford.
  • A warrant was obtained, and the driver was transported to Oak Bend where a blood sample was obtained.
  • The driver was then arrested and transported to the Fort Bend Co. Jail.

11/09/25 Walgreens *Theft [Also listed in Thefts]

  • Officers responded to a Theft in progress call, and upon arrival witnessed the suspect leaving the store with unpaid merchandise.
  • After investigation, the suspect was arrested and transported to the Fort Bend Co. Jail.
  • The suspect was found to have priors for Theft.
  • Property Value: $433.26
  • Investigation Status: Closed by Arrest
