- A landlord/tenant dispute resulted in the landlord being shoved and the door being shut on his hand.
- This was reported after-the-fact, and at the location of the incident.

05/13/25 Blair Meadow Dr.
- MPPD CID was notified by Amarillo PD (APD) that they had an adult female reporting to them that she was sexually assaulted at an Air BnB in our city the previous weekend, where both the victim and adult male suspect had been intoxicated.
- MPPD CID, in conjunction with the FBDA’s office, is working with APD to obtain statements and evidence.

- Overnight, unknown people broke out a window on the resident’s parked along the curb across the street.

- Video surveillance captured a vehicle of interest but was not of quality for identification.

- Overnight, unknown people broke out a window on the resident’s truck which was parked on the street.

- A person entered an unlocked vehicle and removed a backpack containing a laptop and camera equipment.
- A family member witnessed this, and followed the suspect’s vehicle into Stafford, but stopped due to its reckless driving.
- There was no forensic evidence, No LP, No Flock, and it was unknown at the time of report if there was surveillance video.

- A male placed merchandise in his pockets and left without paying.
- Officer found the subject nearby and investigated.

- The suspect was found to have a confirmed warrant out of Harris Co. for Criminal Mischief, so was arrested and transported to the Fort Bend Co. Jail.

- Officer responded to a suspicious person, possibly smoking marijuana, at McGrath Park.
- Upon contacting the person, there was no evidence of marijuana use.
- However, he was found to have a warrant out of Harris Co. for Theft.

- Officer stopped a vehicle for a registration violation.
- Through investigation, it was determined that the driver altered the expiration date on the paper LP.

- Officer checked by with Officers who were out with a suspected intoxicated driver. The vehicle had been found by an FBEMS Medic Unit.
- Officer took over the investigation and administered FSFT’s, to which numerous clues were found.
- There was no Intoxilyzer Operator available, so the driver was transported to Oak Bend, where he voluntarily consented to a blood draw.
- The driver was then transported to the Fort Bend Co. Jail.

- Officer stopped a vehicle for a registration violation.
- The driver was found to have warrants out of Harris Co. for Assault-FV.

05/14/25 Ashford Way *Possession of Controlled Substance & Tampering with Evidence
- Officer began to stop the vehicle for speeding, and in the process witnessed the passenger throw something under the car.
- The thrown item was found and discovered to be promethazine, to which the passenger admitted to possession of it.
- The passenger was arrested and transported to the Fort Bend Co. Jail.
