The City used funds from the City Hall maintenance to change out the lights in the Council Chambers / Courtroom. “We not only cut the electrical usage in half, we expect the new L E D bulbs to produce a lot less heat and last longer as well. Continual improvement is the key, even in relatively small steps” said the Mayor. The lights look good, generate plenty of light and turn on immediately, eliminating the warm up time required by the previous bulbs. A small but significant improvement.
