Meadows Place City Council passed an ordinance allowing the Mayor to enter into an agreement with Simple Recycling for curbside collection and recycling  of “Soft Recyclables” – also known as clothing and home goods.  At this time the contracts are being signed and exchanged. This will trigger the beginning of a resident awareness and education program which will show us how “Simple” this clothing recycling program is. Please note, it is Easy and Free. Free! Simple Recycling offers this program at absolutely zero cost to its partner municipalities and their residents. Several members of Council, led by Steve Bezner, want to make sure that each and every resident is aware of the program and how it works so please, be looking for the mailouts and media announcements of this very environmentally important program.  For more on this fantastically Simple Recycling program, click http://simplerecycling.com  .Simple Recycling
