Meadows Place was very well represented at the recent Texas Municipal League (TML) meeting held in Houston. Mayor Jessup was on the Legislative Resolutions Committee, Terry Henley, a Past President is on the Board of Directors, Aldermen Rick Staigle and John Isbell attended several sessions having to do with transportation and finance for cities and more. City Secretary Jan Moore was there along with Public Works Director Dan McGraw and Parks Director Monya Keenen, each of whom attended several sessions pertaining to their areas of city management. Also attending for the first time were Joseph French and Amy Duncan, both of whom were surprised by the size and scope of this fantastic organization. Participation is the key to progress and this years TML offered a great deal of infomation- and Meadows Place was there and eager to get better!
