On Thursday, May 19, a group of Mayors from around Fort Bend County met at the monthly Fort Bend County Mayors Luncheon. May’s luncheon was hosted by the Office of Fort Bend County Judge KP George at the Fort Bend County Emergency Operations Center. These meetings are held monthly so Mayors can discuss city, county and state issues that may be impacting us locally. Judge George was part of an open discussion about the future growth in the county and the impact it will have on cities. Also discussed was the potential impact of the current legislative session.
