Officer Ybarra currently works the night shift in the Patrol Division. He will celebrate 4 years with the Meadows Place Police Department in December.

He wants to remind residents: “Don’t hesitate to CALL us (MPPD). We are always eager to help, no matter how small or big you believe the situation is. Also, remember the phrase “Watch and Report” … if you see someone or something suspicious, REPORT IT!”
