This event aims to raise money for Make-A-Wish Texas Gulf Coast and Louisiana, helping to grant a local child's wish to go to Disney World. Lanterns will be available for purchase for $5 each during the event.
Our kickoff to summer event will be taking place on Friday, June 7th. Be sure to follow us to get the latest information.

Congressman Pete Olson was thrilled to hear about the overwhelming turnout for his Meadows Place “Mobil Office’. In an effort to better serve his constituents, Senior Aide, Kial Vidic and Sugar Land District Director Robert Quarles were at Meadows Place City Hall as an effort to increase access to the resources available to help you with federal issues. Mr. Quarles said he was thrilled to see all the people there that were able to get one-on-one assistance regarding their Social Security, Veterans Benefits and a myriad of other federal issues. (Meadows Place does it again !!!)
Congressman Olson says “By taking the office to different locations across TX-22, these events help facilitate communication with my bosses, the folks I represent, to share opinions on current issues and talk about legislative initiatives that could aid our community. Hearing directly from the great people in our region is critical because it allows me to better serve your priorities in Washington. Another important part of my job is helping constituents with a range of federal services, from helping navigate a federal agency to nominating students in TX-22 to military service academies.
Whether it’s serving as a liaison between you and a federal agency or hearing your concerns about legislation in Congress, I’m here to help. I’m honored to represent you in Congress”. For more information or to sign up for my E-newsletter, please visit my website, www.olson.house.gov.
Thank You to everyone who turned out, I hope you found it helpful.
