Last week, your Mayor, Council, and City staff represented Meadows Place at the Texas Municipal League Annual Conference and Exhibition, hosted in Houston this year. They participated in insightful learning sessions and valuable discussions with leaders from cities across Texas. Some key topics included “Building Teams That Stick,” “Texas Emergency Management 101,” “Neighborhood Walk Program Builds Relationships,” “AI and Community Engagement,” and “Cultivating Strong Towns.” We’re excited to apply these insights as we continue improving our one square mile of wonderful. Next year’s conference will be held in Fort Worth, and we’re already looking forward to even more opportunities to learn and grow!
