The City of Meadows Place Food Ordinance 2014-16 requires the presence of a food service manager(s) in all food establishments during all stages of operation.
The City is now providing an initial 1-Day course and exam. Students must complete the course and pass the examination with a score of 70 points or above in order to receive a certificate, which is valid for five (5) years.
Registering For the Class
When: Wednesday, April 8th at 10:00 am – English Speaking
Thursday, April 9th at 10:00 a.m. – Spanish Speaking
Photographic identification is required for attending the class: current driver’s license, state identification card, student ID card, passport, etc. Students arriving late for class will not be admitted.
Where: City of Meadows Place Council Chambers, One Troyan Drive
Cost: $125.00 per person
Your fee (MC,Visa, Cash, Money Order) must be paid five (5) days prior to the date of the class. Payment is non-refundable and may be received by mail, by phone, or in person.
