04/02/26 Brighton Ln.  [also in Arrests]

  • A verbal disturbance between a couple escalated to the female pushing the male.
  • The female was issued a citation

03/31/26 Monticeto Ln.

  • A resident received a call from a person saying they were with a local agency, his daughter was arrested, and he needed to send $1,500 via Apple Pay for bond.
  • He sent this and then received another call requesting $3275 for an ankle monitor, but he became suspicious and hung up.
  • Funds Lost: $1,500
  • Investigation Status: Open

 03/29/26 S. Kirkwood Rd.

  • A resident reported he had been robbed as he took his trash out, he was approached by two males who took him back to his apartment at gun point.
  • They then took his keys, wallet, phone, cash and a pistol, and left the location.
  • There was no surveillance video, forensic evidence or witnesses.
  • The resident has a history of reporting the pistol stolen and then returned.
  • Officers evaluated him and found he was not a danger to himself or others.
  • CID conducted a follow-up regarding his mental health, which resulted in him being taken for formal evaluation per an EDO (Emergency detention Order).

03/25/26 Northern Tool *Power Tool

  • A male left the business with a portable pipe threader he did not pay for.
  • The incident was captured on surveillance video including the suspect’s vehicle but did not capture the LP.
  • Property Value: $429

04/02/26 Northern Tool *Power Tools [also listed in Arrests]

  • Officer was dispatched to a theft in progress, with the store manager still on the phone with dispatch as he watched the two suspects walking away.
  • Officer  found the suspects near Karahi Point, with a stolen drills still in the box.
  • The suspects were detained for investigation and then arrested and transported to the Fort Bend Co. Jail.
  • Recovered Property Value: $600.00
  • Investigation Status: Closed

04/14/26 McDonald Park *Cell Phone

  • A juvenile resident was playing at the park, and found an unknown person stole their cell phone as it was lying on the ground with their backpack.
  • There was no surveillance video or witness.
  • Property Value: $200
  • Investigation Status: Open

04/20/26 CVS *Pharmaceuticals

  • A male in a hoodie jumped over the pharmacy counter, grabbed 2 large bottles of liquid Acetaminophen, jumped back over and then left the store.
  • The suspect then entered the passenger door of a vehicle which then drove away.
  • Video captured the crime and the vehicle (not including LP) but was not of quality for identification.
  • Property Value: $200

04/22/26 Northern Tool *Power Tools

  • A male picked up a laser and a chain puller and exited the store without paying.
  • He entered a vehicle which then left the area.
  • Employees took a photo of the suspect’s vehicle, including LP.
  • Property Value: $540

04/01/25 Northern Tool *Possession of Controlled Substance & Possession of Controlled Substance in Correctional Facility

  • Officer responded to a theft in progress call, and upon arrival saw the suspect driving away, and during this saw an item thrown from the passenger window.
  • The vehicle was stopped, and another Officer  arrived.
  • One Officer interviewed the passenger, while the other Officer detained the driver in the back of her patrol vehicle.
  • Soon, the Officer went to remove the driver and found a white power in the seat, later field tested positive for cocaine
  • The passenger, and the driver transported to the Fort Bend Co. Jail.
  • At the Jail, it was found the driver had concealed “crack rocks” in her mouth.

04/02/26 Northern Tool *Theft [also listed in Thefts]

  • Officer was dispatched to a theft in progress, with the store manager still on the phone with dispatch as he watched the two suspects walking away.
  • Officer found the two possible suspects near Karahi Point, with a stolen drill still in the box.
  • The suspects was detained for investigation and then arrested and transported to the Fort Bend Co. Jail.
  • Recovered Property Value: $129.99

  • A verbal disturbance between a couple escalated to the female pushing the male.
  • The female was issued a citation

04/13/26 S. Kirkwood Rd. *Warrant Other Jurisdiction

  • Officer stopped a vehicle for running a red light.
  • The driver was found to have a confirmed warrant for DWI out of Harris Co.
  • The driver was issued citations, arrested, and transported to the Fort Bend Co. Jail.

04/16/26 Helfman Ford *Criminal Trespass

  • Security staff found a homeless person inside one of the vehicles in the lot and told him to exit.
  • The person refused and locked himself in the vehicle.
  • Officer arrived, and the person then complied with exiting the vehicle.
  • The person was arrested and transported to the Fort Bend Co. Jail.
