- Surveillance video captured the wife in the area but did not capture the crime.

- While a customer was in the store, unknown persons broke out a passenger side window on their vehicle and rummaged through it without taking anything.

- A suspect entered the store, picked up several items, and then left without paying.
- The suspect then entered a vehicle and left the location.

- The suspect had brought a water bottle into the store and left it on a shelf, so this was taken into evidence for fingerprinting later.

- Officer stopped a vehicle for speeding.
- The driver was found to have a confirmed Class C warrant out of Bellaire PD.
- The driver was issued citations and then detained and transported for a field transfer to a Bellaire PD officer.
07/17/2026 W. Bellfort Rd. *Interfering w/Public Duties, Fail to ID
- Officer was on a traffic stop (see 2607170139 below) when a second vehicle arrived at the location.
- An additional Officer arrived at the location to address this.
- A subject got out of the second vehicle and approached the officers, yelling profanities and verbally insulting the officers.
- This continued for several minutes, with the additional Officer giving several directions to the subject to move away and stop interfering.
- The subject continued to advance on the officers, at which point the Officer arrested the subject.
- The subject was physically uncooperative and refused to identify himself.
- The subject was transported to the Fort Bend Co. Jail. While there, he was properly identified by use of AFIS.
07/17/26 W. Bellfort Rd. *Driving While Intoxicated
- Officer stopped a vehicle for speeding.
- The driver showed signs of intoxication.
- The driver refused to do SFST’s and refused to voluntarily give a breath or blood sample.
- Officer detained the driver while she obtained a warrant. The driver was then transported to Oak Bend Richmond where a blood sample was retrieved.
- The driver was then arrested and transported to the Fort Bend Co. Jail.
07/19/26 Dorrance Ln. *Driving While Intoxicated
- Officer arrived on the scene of a traffic collision where a single vehicle struck an unoccupied parked vehicle.
- The driver was contacted and displayed signs of intoxication.
- SFST’s were conducted, and several clues of intoxication were found.
- The driver was transported to the Sugar Land Police Department where the driver gave two breath samples, both of which were above the legal limit.
- The driver was arrested and transported to the Fort Bend Co. Jail.
07/23/26 S. Kirkwood Rd. *Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle
- Officer stopped a vehicle for what appeared to be a fictitious LP.
- Investigation found that the LP was indeed fictitious, and the vehicle was reported stolen on 6/13/26 out of Harris Co., which was confirmed.
- The driver stated the truck was just purchased as a company vehicle the day before.
- The driver was arrested and transported to the Fort Bend Co. Jail.
