  • A couple had a verbal disturbance in their vehicle in the parking lot, which escalated to one slapping the other. (Class C Misdemeanor)
  • Upon officers’ arrival, the victim was not on location.
  • The incident was captured on video.

  • A verbal dispute between the store manager and a customer escalated to the customer slapping manager’s hand.
  • The customer was issued a Citation and a Criminal Trespass Warning.
