Some of our residents who use ACH recurring bill payments received an email from donotreply@eonlinebill.net, on behalf of the company that handles utility billing for the City. We wanted to make this post to let residents know the request being made it legitimate.
If you received this and need any help, please contact City Hall:

The message reads like this:
Good Day Resident,

This is an official notice from the City of Meadows Place. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to call 281-983-2950
The City of Meadows Place attempted to charge your 7/20 Utility bill $120.45 to your automatic bank draft on 8/20/2025.
Unfortunately the draft did not complete and your bank account was not drafted. While we originally posted the payment to your account, the payment has since been removed. You currently owe the City of Meadows Place $256.72. No late payment fee will apply.
Your AutoPay enrollment is currently inactive, and no future drafts will run, until you re-enroll.
Again, your bank was not charged on 8/20/2025 and will not be charged until you reactivate Recurring ACH online.
We urge you to check with your bank and confirm an auto draft was not made for the instances mentioned above.
What to do (takes ~5 minutes):
- Go to our Customer Portal and sign in (Account #: ___________).
- Choose Manage Autopay on the Home page. This will take you to the Wallet page.
- Add a new bank account by choosing Bank Account.
- Enter your bank routing and account numbers, then confirm.
- Click the icon for Enroll Autopay.
- Select Yes to confirm.
If a bill is due soon, you can also make a one-time payment using Guest Pay.
