06/06/2025 Meadow Hollow Dr. *Indecent Exposure

  • A week prior to the report, a 12-year-old female was walking down the street when a resident asked her to come inside his house. She did this and he then exposed himself to her.
  • She ran away and told her friends. However, no parents were told until the date of this report.
  • Investigation Status – Open

06/18/25 Pamela Sue Ct.  *Sexual Assault – UNFOUNDED

  • CID was notified that the Norfolk Constabulary of the United Kingdom had arrested a child predator who was chatting online with a child who stays in Meadows Place periodically with his father.
  • The chats eluded the child was having inappropriate relations with adults at father’s house.
  • MPPD-CID accompanied CPS to the home, where CPS conducted a field interview.
  • The child and parent then agreed to drive to the Child Advocacy Center in Rosenberg, along with MPPD-CID and CPS, where a formal forensic interview was conducted.
  • The interview revealed that the chat was fantasy, and that nothing inappropriate or unlawful occurred.
  • Investigation Status: Closed – Unfounded

05/27/52 Aldi

  • A customer’s vehicle window was broken out while they were in the store.
  • Nothing was taken. (The victim had just been at a bank in Houston prior to this.)
  • There was no witness, surveillance video or forensic evidence found.
  • The victim does not want prosecution, only documentation.
  • Damage Estimate: $600
  • Investigation Status: Closed – Exception

06/14/25 Walgreens 

  • A customer used a $100 bill to reload her CashApp.
  • After the transaction was complete, the employee found that the $100 bill was counterfeit.
  • The customer provided her identification to the employee and left the store.
  • Forgery Amount: $100
  • Investigation Status: Open, Working with the Secret Service

5/28/25 Murphy Express *Cigarettes

  • A male walked behind the counter, picked up several cartons of cigarettes and then left without paying.
  • The male entered an SUV and drove off.
  • Video surveillance captured the incident but was not of quality for identification of the suspect or vehicle.
  • A FLOCK check will be conducted by CID.
  • Property Value: $497
  • Investigation Status: Open

5/28/25 Northern Tool *Tools

  • A male picked up several items and exited through the side door without paying.
  • There was no surveillance video or forensic evidence.
  • The vehicle left in a NO-FLOCK
  • Property Value: $5,393
  • Investigation Status: Suspended

05/28/25 Northern Tool *Motor Oil

  • A male picked up several containers of oil and exited without paying.
  • Video surveillance captured the incident and the suspect’s vehicle with LP.
  • A FLOCK check captured the vehicle traveling.

06/11/25 Northern Tool *Power Tools

  • A male left the store with power tools without paying
  • The surveillance video captured the crime and suspect’s vehicle (no LP) but was not of evidentiary value for identification.
  • The vehicle left in a NO-FLOCK

06/12/25 Montecito Ln. *Medication

  • The resident states another person who lives in her house stole her prescribed medication from her room.
  • The suspect is known to the victim, as they were formerly in a relationship.
  • The medication is Adderall, which is a controlled substance.
  • Property Value: $100
  • Investigation Status: Open

06/16/25 Murphy Express *Vehicle Fluids

  • An employee reported that several days prior a person stole several containers of vehicle fluids (oil & fuel treatments) and they now wanted it documented.
  • The crime was captured on video, which included the suspect’s vehicle with LP.
  • The vehicle left in a NO-FLOCK
  • Property Value: $290.70
  • Investigation Status: Open

06/19/25 Sterling McCall *Vehicle Diagnostic Tool

  • A vehicle repair worker in the Express Garage reported that someone took a diagnostic tool from his work area.
  • The worker believes the suspect is a well-known wrecker driver, as he was seen in the area. It is unknown if there is video surveillance at the time of the report.
  • Property Value: $3,000
  • Investigation Status: Open

06/02/25 CVS

  • A customer parked in the rear lot, and when they returned their vehicle was missing.
  • Surveillance video captured a vehicle park next to it, a male entered it, and then both vehicles drove away.
  • The video was not of evidentiary value for ID of the suspect or vehicle.
  • Vehicle Value: $17,000
  • Investigation Status: Suspended

05/19/25 W. Airport Blvd. *Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon / Possession Marijuana (x1), Possession Marijuana (x1)

  • Officer stopped a vehicle for a defective headlight.
  • An odor of marijuana was detected, and a PC search was conducted.
  • Several bags of marijuana were found that belonged to the driver and the passenger.
  • A pistol was also found which belonged to the driver.
  • Both subjects were arrested and transported to the Fort Bend Co. Jail.

05/24/25 Dorrance Lane*Warrant Other Jurisdiction / Possession of Controlled Substance  / Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon

  • Officer stopped a vehicle for running a stop sign
  • The driver was found to have confirmed warrants out of Missouri City, and was taken into custody.
  • During the vehicle inventory, a pistol was found, as well as several substances which field tested positive for Methamphetamine, Xanax, Cocaine and Fentanyl.
  • The driver was transported to the Fort Bend Co. Jail.

05/27/25 W. Airport Blvd. *Warrant Other Jurisdiction

  • Officer stopped a vehicle for a registration violation.
  • The driver was found to have confirmed warrant out of Fort Bend Co. for Civil Non-Support.
  • The driver was arrested and transported to the Fort Bend Co. Jail.

05/28/25 W. Airport Blvd. *Unlawful Use of Motor Vehicle Other Jurisdiction / Tamper Government Record

  • Officer Duran stopped a vehicle for blocking a crosswalk.
  • It was found that the driver had altered the vehicle’s paper LP expiration date.
  • A check showed the vehicle was confirmed stolen out of Houston PD.
  • The driver was arrested and transported to the Fort Bend Co. Jail.

05/31/25 S. Kirkwood Rd. *Warrant Other Jurisdiction / Fail ID Fugitive

  • While the Officer was on a traffic stop, he was approached by a pedestrian male who began to verbally interfere with his duties.
  • The male verbally identified himself, but through investigation it was found this was fictitious and the male had a warrant out of Fort Bend Co. for Assault-FV.
  • The warrant was confirmed, and the male was arrested and transported to the Fort Bend Co. Jail.

05/31/25 Scottsdale Dr. *Evading / Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon

  • Officer began to stop a vehicle for no front LP, but the vehicle was slow to stop and finally did in front of a residence. The driver then got out of his car and ran up the driveway. 
  • A foot pursuit was initiated, but the sight of the suspect was lost as he entered the back yard. Other agencies were called to set up a perimeter.
  • The occupants of the house (an Air BnB being rented by his aunt) came out and verbally harassed the officer.
  • Through investigation, it was found the suspect entered the open back door of the house and was still inside.
  • The suspect’s father arrived and facilitated the suspect coming out and surrendering.
  • A search of the suspect’s vehicle yielded a loaded pistol.
  • The suspect was arrested and transported to the Fort Bend Co. Jail.

06/02/25 S. Kirkwood Rd. *Possession of Controlled Substance 

  • Officer stopped a vehicle for a registration violation.
  • The occupants were verbally ambiguous and displayed furtive movement, so further investigation was initiated.
  • The passenger was found to be in possession of a substance that field tested positive for Cocaine.
  • The passenger was arrested and transported to the Fort Bend Co. Jail.

06/05/25 Scottsdale Dr. *Warrant Other Jurisdiction

  • Officer stopped a vehicle for a registration violation.
  • The driver was found to have a confirmed warrant out of Austin for Parole Violation – PCS
  • The driver was arrested and transported to the Fort Bend Co. Jail.

06/08/26 W. Airport Blvd. *Unlawful Carrying of a Weapon / Possession Marijuana

  • Officer stopped a vehicle for a registration violation.
  • The driver volunteered that he had a weapon in the car.
  • As Officer removed the weapon, a smell of marijuana was detected.
  • A PC search was conducted, and a bag of marijuana was found.
  • The driver was arrested and transported to the Fort Bend Co. Jail.

 06/13/25 SW Freeway *Warrant Other Jurisdiction

  • Officer stopped a vehicle for defective taillights.
  • The driver was found to have a confirmed warrant out of Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement for “Alien Unlawfully Present Due to Order of Removal or Exclusion from the USA”.
  • The subject was arrested and transported to the Fort Bend County Jail.

06/14/25 W. Bellfort Ave. *Warrant Other Jurisdiction

  • Officer stopped a vehicle for no front LP.
  • The driver was found to have confirmed warrants out of Harris County for DWI and UCW.
  • The driver was arrested and transported to the Fort Bend Co. Jail.
