Monday morning, Judge Bret Kisluk officially swore in Shandra Philips as the new City Secretary for Meadows Place. As an Officer of the City, the City Secretary makes sure things are running smoothly and ensures the City follows local, state, and federal laws. When they take the oath of office, they promise to serve with integrity, transparency, and accountability.
