Today, members of staff, along with representatives from HDR Engineering, held a pre-bid meeting with potential contractors for the Dorrance Lane Improvement Project – PHASE 2. This meeting provided an opportunity for contractors to ask questions about the project, helping them prepare their bids.
Bids will be accepted on September 10th, with the project anticipated to begin before the end of October. These improvements will cover the section of Dorrance Ln. from east of Oxford Glen Ln. to just past the old dog park and are expected to take 8 months.
