The Mayor, along with Council and City Staff, have elected to waive π¬ππ¨π«π¦-π«ππ₯ππππ π©ππ«π¦π’π ππππ¬ through September 1, 2024. Residents must provide proof that the repairs being done are storm-related. The waived permit fee ππ¨ππ¬ π§π¨π π¦πππ§ π’π§π¬π©ππππ’π¨π§π¬ ππ«π π°ππ’π―ππ. If the work being done requires an inspection, the inspection will still need to be completed.
We understand most of the repairs being done are to damaged roofs and fences. Keep in mind, fence repairs only need a permit if more than 50% of your fence is being replaced or repaired.
