The City welcomes Mr. Erik Tschanz as head of the Meadows Place Public Works Department.  Erik came highly recommended, has years of Public Works and Public Works projects experience and a special love for our city.  Mr. Tschanz (pronounced chance) is a graduate of Texas A&M University and a is former resident of Meadows Place. His parents still live here.  Erik is a member of several professional organizations including the Texas Public Works Association and the American Water Works Association.  As a bonus to the city, Erik was a Parks Superintendent for several years where he oversaw 1,300 acres of parks and parkland. Growing up in Meadows Place gives him some insight and understanding of the culture and how important high standards of service are in Meadows Place. Welcome, Erik.
