The City of Meadows Place was well represented, along with other Fort Bend County cities, at the Fort Bend Infrastructure Conference. This event was presented by the Central Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce, Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce, and the Fort Bend Economic Development Council. The goal of the conference is to bring together local leaders and industry leaders to discuss the future of infrastructure within Fort Bend County and its cities.

Among the topics were: Rail Based Economic Development Opportunities in Fort Bend County, Transportation and Supply Chain, Brazos River Updates, and Place & Prosperity: How Cities Help Us to Connect and Innovate. There was also a very informative mayor’s panel featuring our mayor along with the mayors of Missouri City, Richmond, Rosenburg, Fulshear, Stafford, and Sugarland.
