HB 3693 COMPLIANCE REPORT OF 2023 MUNICIPAL ENERGY USAGE
The City of Meadows Place complies with the requirements of HB 3693 (Texas Government Code 2264.001(b)) by compiling and posting the total metered amount of electricity, water and natural gas used by the city and the aggregate costs for these services.
The City purchases natural gas from CenterPoint Energy. In calendar year 2023, the City purchased a total of 897 cubic feet (CCF).
The City purchases electricity from TXU Energy. In calendar year 2023, the City purchased a total of 2,590,920 kilowatt hours.
The City pays a ground water subsidence fee for pumped water to Fort Bend County WCID #2. In calendar year 2023, the City pumped a total of 173,550,000 gallons.
The total cost of natural gas, electricity and water purchased by the City of Meadows Place in the Calendar Year 2023 was $576,060.
