June 8-12 - Nature Explorers (incoming 3rd-5th Grade)
Get ready to discover the world right outside your door! Nature Explorers is a hands-on summer camp experience bound to leave your boots muddy and hands dirty. Campers will investigate local plants, animals, and habitats, and see how real scientists explore the natural world. From bug safaris to pond exploration, every day brings a new discovery in the natural spaces around our town! Nature Explorers is the perfect summer adventure for kids who are endlessly curious about the natural world.

July 13-17 - Outdoor Survival Skills and Citizen Science (incoming 6th-7th Grade)
Think you have what it takes to survive in the wild? Designed for incoming 6th and 7th graders, our Outdoor Survival Skills camp throws campers into real wilderness skill-building from day one. From fire starting and shelter construction to map and compass navigation, campers will gain practical outdoor skills while also contributing to real citizen science in the field. If your camper is ready for challenge, excitement, and genuine fun, this camp is for them.

July 27-31 - The Wild Hunt (incoming 3rd-5th Grade)
Calling all adventurers! The wild is full of secrets, and this summer your camper is going to find them. Each day is a new mission to discover the plants, animals, and natural wonders hiding in the habitats around town. Campers will investigate animal tracks, scat, food sources, and other clues that reveal just how connected we all are to the natural world. Part scavenger hunt, part field science, all adventure — The Wild Hunt is the ultimate summer challenge for nature-loving kids.
A 10% administration fee will be applied to all refunds. If the request is made two weeks or more before the start of the camp, you will be eligible for a refund of 90%. Refunds will not be issued if the request is made within 10 days of the week registered. Camp weeks can NOT be pro-rated.
Meadows Place Parks & Recreation Department reserves the right to cancel, combine, or change the time, date, or location of any program at any time.
This camp is not a state licensed childcare facility.
We have a strict three-strike policy towards campers who disrupt the program, create unsafe conditions, show violence towards staff and/or peers, or disrespect to staff and/or peers.
